Starting Snack: Leek Hushpuppies

Salad: Kohlrabi Salad with Red Currents

Main: Olive Oil Poached Cod, Celery & Asparagus Ribbons, Walnut Vinaigrette

Side: Roasted Beets & Carrots & Herbs

Sweet: Classic Vanilla Crème Brûlée

Starting Snack: Steak Tartar Crostini

Salad: Kale, Couscous, Pomegranate, Almonds & Preserved Lemons

Main: Mussels Meunière

Side: Garlic & Herb Grilled Bread

Sweet: Rose Pavlova, Wine Marinated Berries, Soft Whipped Cream

Starting Snack: Seared Oyster Mushroom & Herb Crostini

Salad: Chicory, Anchovy Vinaigrette & Breadcrumbs

Main: Heritage Pork Chop, Pickled Mustard Seed, Arugula

Side: Charred Onion, Apple, & Roasted Fennel

Sweet: Soft Cornbread, Seasonal Fruits, Bourbon Whipped Cream
